Step 02
Discovery call
We get on a 30-minute call to dig in.
This is where we ask real questions—about your goals, your customers, what's working, what isn't, and what success actually looks like for your business. No pitch deck, no pressure.
Step 03
We send a proposal
Scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing—in writing.
Within a few days of our call, you get a clear proposal: exactly what we'll build, how long it'll take, and what it costs. No vague estimates, no hidden phases.
Step 04
You review and agree
Ask questions. Request changes. Get it right.
We walk through the proposal together. If something needs adjusting—scope, timeline, budget—we work through it until the plan actually fits your situation. You don't sign until it makes sense.
Step 05
Everyone signs
Simple contract. Both sides are protected.
We use a straightforward service agreement that covers scope, payment schedule, IP, and what happens if anything changes. Signed digitally—takes about two minutes.
Step 06
We get to work
Kickoff, shared workspace, and regular check-ins.
You get an onboarding doc covering what we need from you and when. We set up a shared workspace, lock in the first milestone, and start building. No radio silence—you'll always know where things stand.

How long does the whole process take before we actually start?
Usually 1–2 weeks from first contact to signed contract—depending on how quickly we can schedule a call and how many rounds the proposal takes.
What do you need from us before the discovery call?
Nothing formal. Just show up ready to talk about your business. If you have an existing site or competitors you like, those are helpful to have handy.
Can we skip steps or move faster?
The proposal and contract are non-negotiable—they protect both of us. But we can move quickly if you're ready. Some clients go from first email to signed contract in under a week.
What if we're not sure what we need yet?
That's fine—that's what the discovery call is for. You don't need to come in with a spec. We'll help you figure out what makes sense.
